The Shop opened in April 2019 selling various sunglasses optical frames from different suppliers but after 24 months of business our sales gave us a very positive feedback the The Polar brand was fast moving, from this indication we approached the brand and The Polar Shop was launched selling only Polar sunglasses and optical frames. A brand that has been operating from 1993.
Today our team is made up of Alex, Paul and Alejandra. Alex has more then 20 years experience in the optical industry, Paul takes care of the finance, Bruno manages the shop and Alejandra is our Optometrist.

Appointments are recommended to ensure you get prompt service, but we also accept walk-ins based on availability.

Yes! You can bring a valid prescription from any licensed optometrist, and we’ll help you choose lenses and frames accordingly.
Most prescriptions are ready within 3–5 working days. Some specialized lenses may take a bit longer.

Responsible for strategic planning, inventory control, marketing, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to drive business growth.
Responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye conditions. Provides accurate prescriptions for spectacles and contact lenses, and offers professional advice on eye care and visual health. Works closely with the sales team to ensure patients receive suitable eyewear solutions while maintaining high standards of clinical care and customer service.
Responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. Supports daily sales activities, maintains product displays, and coordinates with optometrists for eye examinations. Helps customers choose suitable frames and lenses based on style, comfort, and prescription needs while achieving sales targets and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
